Our client, an industry leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a Floater to join their team. As a Floater, you will be part of the industrial department supporting production and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Operate packaging machines efficiently, ensuring proper weight, seasoning, and sealing of products
+ Prepare machines for production start-up and make adjustments to meet quality standards
+ Change film rolls, formers, and adjust machine settings as needed
+ Monitor and control seasoning levels and ensure HACCP compliance
+ Inspect finished products, pack bags, assemble boxes, and verify package quality
