Beond is seeking internal appliations for a Flight Crew Manager. This position can be based in either Malé (MLE) or Dubai (DWC).

The Flight Crew Manager is appointed by, and reports to the NPFO, and is responsible for overseeing operational delivery and day‑to‑day management of the flight crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery and day‑to‑day management of the flight crew.
• Lead and develop flight crew to ensure required flight safety and regulatory compliance levels are achieved.
• Ensure optimum operational delivery of an effective, efficient and flexible flight crew workforce.
• Define and implement strategy, process and policy to ensure consistent and cost‑effective management of flight crew selection, recruitment, roster patterns, career progress and base transfer scheme.
• Assist in the development, review and update of the company Operations Manuals (OM).
