Job Description
- Specialization in flexography (web based) printing
- Directs the printing production of all items at the lowest cost consistent with established specifications in terms of quality and quantity.
- Oversees team consisting of 2nd pressman and line take off person
- Ensures that print jobs are processed per the customer specifications for all assigned jobs on the flexo – web press.
- Checks for color match and excellence in printing output
- Provides leadership and direction to printing team, aligning duties that will produce the best printed results.
- Assists and supports Plant and Operation Manager in all aspects.
