Job Overview

Novus Print: Montague Gardens is seeking an experienced Flexographic Printer Operator to join our Production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed products in accordance with customer specifications, quality standards, and production schedules and report the Press Shift Leader.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses in accordance with production schedules and work instructions.
• Ensure accurate registration, colour matching, print quality, and adherence to customer specifications.
• Monitor machine performance throughout production runs and make necessary adjustments to optimise quality and productivity.
• Perform machine make‑ready, including plate mounting, anilox selection, ink preparation, substrate loading, and changeovers.
