A flexo print company looks for a Flexo printing machine operator with flexographgic printing experience.

We are looking for a detail oriented FLEXO LABEL PRESS OPERATOR. Someone who is able to run a press, check colors and match ink dyes with minimal to no errors.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a 7-10 color flexographic printing press machine ensuring proper ink distribution, registration, and overall print quality, color match.
• Conduct thorough inspections of printing plates, cylinders, and other press components before and during production runs to identify and address potential issues.
• Monitor press performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain consistent print quality and color accuracy.
• Collaborate with the prepress team to ensure accurate and timely plate mounting and job setups.
