Safety
Safety is our first priority and the Fleet Superintendent has, in cooperation with the Fleet Manager, the authority and the accountability for taking necessary decisions that ensure constant safe operation and that everybody comes home safe and that we protect the environment.
Customer
Our Customers are our second priority after safety. The Fleet Superintendent is responsible for delivery of technical management service to the Customer. The Fleet Superintendent’s position is the link between the Customer and his/her ship and the responsible person for ensuring that the Customer fully benefits from the operational performance of his/her ship.
