About this role
 
This position is responsible for a range of fleet services administration tasks. These include the areas of expense claims, registrations, fuel management, insurance, toll management and general support as required.
 
Tasks and Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate ordering, dispatch and cancellation of fuel cards, as required, and the maintenance of accurate and meaningful internal records
• Provide ready assistance, as required, with infringement processing
• Accurate and timely calculation and payment of roadside assistance fees
• Professionally respond and take ownership of client and internal enquiries in regard to all fleet services related matters
