Job Description
Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks an Assistant Manager to own the performance of operations across bicycle and EV fleets and tMart operations. You will drive compliance, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and improve fleet efficiency with automation and SOP enhancements.
You will build a high‑performing city-level operations team and work with Performance, 3PL, and Rider Lifecycle teams to resolve systemic issues.
