Job SummaryCaterpillar's Job Site Solutions (JSS) group, part of the Resource Industries Sales, Services and Technology division, is currently seeking a Fleet Manager.In this role you will be responsible for fulfilling the customer's specific contractual commitments in a profitable manner.These commitments include specific deliverables in equipment management, production optimization, safety, sustainability, and financial performance.You will work directly with customer executive management, plant management, and equipment operators.The Fleet Manager has the primary responsibility for managing the Dealer partnership, assuring strong relations and profitable Dealer results.The contract portfolio will range from $10-$75MM with expected customer value generation in the $100K - $1MM annual range.You will lead the customer engagements and provide matrix leadership for contract execution, achieving alignment of various parties at Caterpillar, Dealers, and key end-user personnel.Partnering...
