Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze fleet performance, utilization, and uptime.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce cost of ownership and improve equipment reliability.

  • Provide data-driven insights and service recommendations to customers.

  • Support growth in Parts & Services and digital solutions.

  • Implement fleet management and monitoring tools.

  • Support equipment installation, commissioning, and technical training.

  • Ensure accurate service reporting, documentation, and compliance with safety standards.
