Job Description
Responsibilities
- Receive trip details from planner
- Relay needed trip changes to planners when advised by customer
- Monitor Digihaul transactions (from pick up to delivery) or the equivalent system
- Create regional distributor (RD) capacity and delivery requirements
- Send initial and final plans to source plant/distribution center
- Coordinate directly with trucking owners/coordinators for fleet allocation
- Collect data and provide daily/weekly reports such as Truck Status Report, DDM, and Dwell time Report
- Tag lock‑in trips in TMS
- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor related to functions
- Monitor fleet utilization and resource assessment
- Plan and control deliveries in a continuous process
- Monitor all shipments and trip executions
- Ensure that all trucks arriving on site have corresponding trips
