Join Giltrap Group as a Fleet Coordinator at Sixt Queenstown!
As the Fleet Coordinator for our Queenstown location, you will support the Fleet Team and Branch Manager in delivering 'Right Car, Right Place, Right Time', ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience every journey.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and update fleet compliance (COF, registrations, RUC)
- Perform regular fleet inventory checks
- Coordinate, organise, and process fleet damage repairs, ensuring vehicles are returned to the rental fleet promptly
- Track and report on all vehicles undergoing repairs
- Build and maintain relationships with our supplier network
- Keep out-of-service level below monthly target threshold
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and processes at all times.
