Role Summary
Own the scheduling and control-tower execution of loads: confirm capacity, allocate vehicles/drivers, brief transporters, activate tracking, and keep every trip on plan. The Scheduler is the operational heartbeat of the squad, ensuring that Logistics Co‑ordinators can focus on customers while you protect service levels, reduce risk, and keep the paperwork clean.

Reporting Lines Senior Logistics Manager Dotted-line reporting: Logistics Co‑ordinators within the squad (for daily priorities, load readiness checks, and handovers). Internal stakeholders: Ops Admin/POD, Finance, and Ops leadership for risk, claims, and billing hand‑off.
