Full-time Management & Operations

Reports to: Facilities & Administrative Services Manager

The Fleet Associate manages regulatory and compliance requirements for fleet operations, including vehicle registrations, CPCs, etc. He/she also provides administrative support for truck incidents, fuel transactions, and delivery truck requests, ensuring timely coordination with internal teams and government agencies.

• Process the registration, application, and renewal of Permits for the Company’s vehicles.
• Provides assistance in managing vehicle license violations and support in handling vehicular accident-related concerns
• Manages vehicles designated for sale, coordinates with buyers and relevant stakeholders, and prepare all necessary documentation to record asset sales.
• Handles fuel transaction concerns by coordinating with fuel providers as needed, and process requests for delivery truck fleet card applications or updates.
