Job Description


We are looking for a driven Group Fleet Manager with previous Fleet Sales experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow within an award-winning group.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of fleet vehicle advertising, valuation, purchasing, and sales.

  • Collaborate with key departments (Marketing, Finance & Insurance, Aftermarket) to maximise profitability.

  • Work with senior leadership to set and achieve sales and gross profit targets.

  • Meet and exceed sales goals across multiple vehicle brands.

  • Support existing clients while actively prospecting for new small to medium businesses, corporate partners, government, and leasing opportunities.

  • Participate in tenders and prepare competitive pricing strategies.
