Job Description

O'Hanlon Paving and Fath Industries, are key players in the Edmonton, road construction industry for over 65 years. We are looking for Experienced Flag Persons to work seasonally in a full-time capacity, in various locations throughout Edmonton. The successful candidate must be able to align with the company's core values: Commitment, Attitude and Respect.

Responsibilities: 

  • Read and understand site specific instructions prior to directing traffic
  • Setup, reposition and dismantle traffic control signage
  • Protect workers and the public by keeping work space free of traffic, and warning oncoming traffic of potential hazards
  • Communicate effectively with other traffic control workers using established signals and radio equipment to ensure the smooth flow of traffic and minimize confusion
