Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate Field Kick-Off meetings with project teams.
• Ensure that all pre-start deliverables are complete: contract documentation, safety plans, permits and licenses, baseline schedule.
• Validate that field teams have required resources, updated technical information, access to systems and the job site.
• Follow up on critical pending items before project startup.
• Align involved departments (engineering, safety, procurement, operations).
• Document agreements, risks, and action items resulting from the FKOP process.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement of the startup process.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
