Are you self-motivated and a team player? We have an opportunity for a reliable, committed and safety-focused individual to join our Team in Concrete Plant operations south of the river.

In your new role with us, you will:

  • Manage batching and loading of Heidelberg Materials fleet for delivery to our valued customers
  • Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
  • Balance our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
  • Engage with customers and respond to enquiries
  • Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements
