Job Description

Primary Function of Position

The Operations Analyst II within the Fixed Assets Accounting team will have the responsibility of driving operational execution of Fixed Assets processes, monitoring assets from the moment they be purchased up to the time they are disposed or sold, ensuring all asset cycle phases are done correctly and in a timely manner. This position helps prevent accounting errors or inaccuracy and engages FP&A and business partners to ensure the timely capitalization of new assets, perform the physical verification, and manage transfer or disposal requests. This position reports directly to Fixed Assets Accounting Manager.

Essential Job Duties

• Update/maintain fixed asset master data in SAP asset accounting module.
