Role details:
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our Ingleburn Plastics Plant. This is a full-time permanent role on Day shift from 6am – 2pm with overtime available.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.
What you’ll do:
- Install and maintain mechanical components and systems.
- Diagnosing faults on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Perform routine mechanical tests and attend breakdowns.
- Diagnose and fix problems on a variety of equipment throughout the plant, including motors, gearboxes, baggers, palletisers, extrusion and injection moulding.
- Proactive approach in reporting and identifying hazards.
