A professional fishing vessel based in the scenic port municipality of Andratx is currently seeking a motivated fisherman and deckhand to support daily fishing operations. This role is ideal if you possess hands-on maritime experience and want to contribute to local sea operations in one of the most prominent coastal regions of Mallorca.
Working on a fishing vessel requires technical skill, stamina, and a solid understanding of fishing gear. As a member of the crew in Andratx, your routine will center around essential maritime and gear management tasks.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out general fishing operations alongside the rest of the crew at sea.
- Assembling, mounting, and rigging fishing nets before going out to sea.
- Disassembling, clearing, inspecting, and repairing fishing nets upon returning.
