Job Description
The Ottawa Hospital seeks a First Tier Technical Support Analyst I to provide timely technical assistance to staff. Engage with users, diagnose issues, and ensure effective IT service delivery.
As part of your role, you will manage user support across multiple campuses, ensuring quick resolutions and evaluating hardware/software systems for improvements. Your strong communication skills and technical expertise in Microsoft systems will enhance the healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-tier technical support to staff across campuses
• Troubleshoot and diagnose user issues efficiently
