Job Description
Lead dispatch operations with First Student, focusing on safety and excellent customer service as a Dispatcher. Ensure timely bus routing and offer support to drivers and customers.
The Dispatcher at First Student will oversee all bus scheduling and provide on-the-ground coaching to drivers. You will handle heavy traffic regarding communication while addressing scheduling complaints and concerns from drivers. Additionally, you may oversee charter reservations and billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
