Muller Manchester is recruiting a First Response Technician to provide quick response and technical support to optimise value creation, working within Müller values and standards while striving for continuous improvement.

4 on 4 off Days and Nights (7am-7pm/7pm-7am)

Responsibilities
High level problem solving capability and facilitation skills
Constant recognition that the value creation is level 1 - First line support primary purpose is to support the front line teams
Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems
Uses PDCA techniques to follow problems through to 100 year fix in real time
Working closely as ONE TEAM with Rapid Response Engineers
Immediate go, look, see the issue by visiting the workstation when called upon
