Job Description
Your mission
- Operate as First Officer on the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, partnering with the Captain to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel planning in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Configure and manage FMS/avionics, monitor automation, and maintain strong situational awareness from taxi to touchdown.
- Execute disciplined checklists, briefings, and CRM to support a just culture and informed decision-making.
- Deliver professional, discreet, and anticipatory client service on every leg.
- Participate in the company's SMS, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain training currency, aircraft knowledge, and exemplary airmanship.
