Description:
Responsible for ensuring the safety of the airport environment through effective fire and life safety inspections, education, and response to aircraft emergencies, firefighting, rescue operations, and hazardous material incidents as needed. The candidate will possess a strong sense of duty, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in challenging situations. Reports to the Fire Chief or his designee.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate
- Certification from the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC), Department of Defense (DoD), and/or ProBoard required as specified below required.
