• Perform recurring preventive maintenance on installed fire detection and alarm systems in accordance with UFC 3‑601‑02, NFPA standards, and manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring inspection and testing of installed fire detection, fire door, and alarm systems at least once each contract year.
• Perform corrective maintenance on installed fire detection, fire alarm, fire door, and mass‑notification systems in accordance with applicable standards to restore systems or components to full operating condition.
• Perform repair on installed fire detection, fire alarm, and mass‑notification systems in accordance with standards to restore systems or components to full operating condition.
