Responsibilities:

• Test, service, and maintain fire alarm systems and related components in accordance with applicable local / national NFPA and NEC codes with working knowledge of system controls, alarm panels, devices, and components.
• Understanding of system schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair systems.
• Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
• Proper use and operation of tools required to complete the appointment.
• Complete service calls and inspections as scheduled in a timely manner.
• Ensure company provided vehicle is clean and well maintained as required by company policies.
