Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Track and manage cloud spend against budget and forecast; analyze and explain variances.
- Identify drivers behind cloud consumption and spending trends.
- Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Product teams to improve cost visibility and accountability.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and reports on cloud consumption, trends, and forecasts.
- Support cost optimization efforts through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Delivers analysis, reporting, and insights to enable cost optimization decisions.
- Supports optimization initiatives and governance processes established by leadership.
- Perform detailed cost analysis across cloud services and environments.
- Support tagging, allocation, showback/chargeback processes.
- Monitor and track realized savings from optimization initiatives.
