Position Overview
PrideStaff is partnering with a premier manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Finisher to join their RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) Molding Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the final preparation, cosmetic repair, and bonding of molded plastic and wood components.
If you enjoy hands-on craftsmanship, have experience with power tools (sanders, drills, grinders), and have a sharp eye for finding and fixing surface imperfections, we want you on our production team!
Key Responsibilities
Surface Finishing: Sand, bead-blast, and smooth out molded parts/products to prepare them for final inspection or coating.
