This role focuses on applying high‑quality industrial paint finishes in a manufacturing environment, from thorough surface preparation to precise coating application and final inspection. You will use professional spray equipment and industrial coatings to ensure parts meet strict quality, safety, and production standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform comprehensive surface preparation, including sanding, grinding, masking, taping, and cleaning of parts prior to painting.
+ Apply primers, topcoats, epoxies, urethanes, two‑part coatings, and other industrial coatings according to specifications.
+ Operate HVLP, airless, and pressure‑pot spray systems to achieve consistent and high‑quality finishes.
