We are seeking a Financial Service Associate who will support advisers and clients by processing applications, preparing documents, maintaining accurate CRM records, following up on outstanding requirements, and handling confidential information professionally and accurately.

- Utilize online systems and portals for generating illustrations, processing applications, and obtaining product literature as needed
- Prepare client correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
