Overview

The Planning & Forecast Analyst role provides planning and forecasting support to either the Planning & Forecasting Lead or the in‑market FD. The role involves preparing in‑market annual and monthly forecasts and preparing monthly management reports for the in‑market FD to evaluate performance. This position is offered on a 1‑year fixed‑term contract with a possibility of conversion to a permanent role upon satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the market with the preparation of monthly forecasts (CMF), Annual Business Planning (ABP), Standards Setting (FLIP) and ad‑hoc tasks.
• Prepare the monthly Sales, COGS, A&P, OPEX (overall P&L) and Cash Flow forecast.
• Create, update and maintain financial models to provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts for the market (CCC process).
• Perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and recommend improvements.
