Key Responsibilities Manage the complete financial operations across hotel, conferencing, and casino activities. Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements. Develop and maintain robust accounting systems and internal controls. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning. Analyse operating results and recommend strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs. Ensure accurate accounting treatment of all expenditure, including capital projects. Manage statutory taxes, levies, annual taxation, and deferred tax calculations. Oversee investment evaluations and financial return analyses. Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Lead and develop the finance team while supporting broader business objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
