Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete financial operations across hotel, conferencing, and casino activities.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
- Develop and maintain robust accounting systems and internal controls.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyse operating results and recommend strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.
- Ensure accurate accounting treatment of all expenditure, including capital projects.
- Manage statutory taxes, levies, annual taxation, and deferred tax calculations.
- Oversee investment evaluations and financial return analyses.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Lead and develop the finance team while supporting broader business objectives.
