Job Description
Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full financial function across multiple business entities, ensuring accurate accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
The role includes managing supplier payments and operational expenses, administering the payroll function, preparing and monitoring budgets in collaboration with Farm Managers, and analysing financial performance through variance reporting. Additional responsibilities include overseeing SARS compliance, employee pension fund and medical aid administration, company insurance, customer contracts, and the fixed asset register.
The Financial Manager will also manage intercompany invoicing, ensure the accuracy of the FarmTrace and Xero integration, and maintain compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls while supporting the ongoing financial success of the business. Requirements:
