- Manage the full financial function of the dealership.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Oversee the general ledger, trial balance, and month-end and year-end processes.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Monitor dealership profitability and provide financial analysis to management.
- Ensure accurate processing and reconciliation of debtors, creditors, bank accounts, and cashbooks.
- Manage vehicle floorplan financing and stock reconciliations.
- Oversee vehicle stock controls and inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate VAT calculations and submissions.
- Manage PAYE, UIF, SDL, and other statutory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with SARS, IFRS, company policies, and financial regulations.
