Job Description
A reputable private hospital is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to lead the finance function and provide strategic financial oversight within the facility. This role is best suited to a hands-on individual with excellent leadership abilities, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full finance function within the hospital
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts
- Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
- Review payroll processes and execute payroll payments
- Ensure SARS compliance and VAT submissions
