- As Financial Manager, you will take full ownership of the finance function and report directly to the Managing Director, with exposure to group leadership
- You will lead the finance team and act as a trusted business partner, supporting operational and strategic decision-making
- You will be responsible for preparing accurate management accounts, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and delivering detailed variance analysis
- Your role will focus on driving revenue and profitability insights, identifying risks, and unlocking commercial opportunities
- You will manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital while ensuring strong internal controls and full statutory compliance across SARS, CIPC, and IFRS requirements
- Additionally, you will play a key role in improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting overall business growth.
