Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMMANDER, NAVAL SURFACE FORCE, U.S. ATLANTIC FLEET of CNSL ACCOUNTING EAST. Responsibilities You will perform or advise on all phases of accounting formulation and the execution of accounting and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities. You will review and evaluate budget requests, control and report obligations and expenditures and ensuring funds are allocated to or on behalf of COMNAVSURFLANT ships/units. You will provide strategic recommendations on the best course of action after coordinating with the various N-Codes within COMNAVSURFLANT. You will ensure all financial records are in balance, performing complex reconciliations to maintain data integrity and support ongoing audit readiness. You will be responsible for the forecasting and analysis of budgets, civilian labor execution and other financial requirements.
