Summary You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Payroll/Labor Analysis Branch (FM23), Financial Management Directorate, of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic. Responsibilities You will provide Customer Service Representative (CSR) training to all labor and payroll office staff employees. (e.g. DCPS, Exception Reports, in/out processing). You will advise and assist leadership on payroll regulations, processes and responsibilities. You will monitor financial systems and reports to track and correct labor errors. You will interpret DOD Regulations, principles and theories, techniques and procedures to provide sound advice on effective and efficient methods to reconcile pay issues.
