Financial Counselling and Authorization Officer

Responsible for obtaining authorization approvals whenever needed in the following conditions:

• Daman and contracted insurance as per the policy terms and conditions.
• Non‑Contracted insurance by communicating guaranty of payment.

The role holder is responsible for insurance liability and fund reallocation for rejected services under the ABM policy and attending patient’s self‑pay estimation whenever needed. Job holder will also communicate efficiently with internal/external stakeholders to finalize patients authorization requests. Should be responsible to counsel self‑pay patients, collect pre‑payments, and outstanding balances following established collection procedures.
