Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the budget cycle across all entities: lead the annual budget process for Carlo App, Carlo Core, and Carl;
build bottom‑up models per entity;
consolidate at group level;
track monthly budget vs. actuals, provide variance analysis and management commentary, and propose corrective actions when deviations occur. - Manage cash and treasury: oversee inter‑company cash flows and short‑term liquidity, coordinate with payment partners on float and settlement, and identify opportunities to optimize working capital across the group.
- Drive financial forecasting and reporting: produce monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L forecasts per entity and consolidated;
maintain the group financial model;
prepare board reportingpacks;
build dashboards for real‑time executive visibility;
