Responsibilities- Lead the full spectrum of Finance, Accounting, Tax, Payroll & Reporting
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and business performance reviews
- Partner with management on strategic and operational decisions
- Lead statutory audits, tax matters and regulatory compliance
- Strengthen internal controls and spearhead process improvements
- Manage banking relationships, government grants and external stakeholders
- Oversee IT administration and lead the Finance & IT team
