Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Oversee financial accounting and management reporting activities, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies.
- Prepare and coordinate the annual statutory financial statements and related reporting requirements.
- Review SGX quarterly announcements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance and oversight to the Finance team in the preparation and submission of regulatory returns.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance internal controls over financial systems and regulatory reporting processes.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and other professional advisors on audit and tax matters.
