Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle, cost of goods sold, and inventory tracking.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Monitor cash flow, foreign currency flows, and banking relationships.
- Ensure tax compliance (Canada and the United States) and regulatory obligations.
- Manage accounts receivable and collections.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the accounting team.
- Advise management on financial performance and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with external auditors and financial partners (banks, insurance companies).
