Job Description
Our client, a well-respected, locally owned and operated commercial real estate and property management firm, is seeking a Financial Controller to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting requirements of the organization. The Controller will supervise one individual and will be expected to provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure deadlines are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and confident in their accounting expertise. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to partner effectively with various stakeholders across the organization and become a valuable member of their management team.
