Financial Controller (M&A Focus) – Hybrid | Tech Consulting Firm

As we continue to grow — both organically and through acquisitions — we’re looking for a hands-on Financial Controller who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings real M&A experience to the table.

What You’ll Do

• :Lead daily accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, GL) and ensure timely, accurate reporting
• .Drive buy- and sell-side due diligence for potential acquisitions — manage data rooms, prep financials, and partner with advisors
