Full ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for two Spanish entities
Preparation and review of P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statements
Variance analysis against budget and forecast
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial data
Statutory & Tax Compliance
Coordinate statutory accounts under Spanish GAAP, including audits
Work with external advisors on Corporate Income Tax
