The Business
A outsourced services business operating primarily within the rail and transport sector, alongside a growing cleaning division. The business employs c.55 staff in the London office and approx. 1,000 employees nationally, delivering security, front-line staffing, and facilities support services across high-footfall environments.
The finance function is lean, hands-on, and central to decision-making, with strong visibility at board level.
The Role
This is a Financial Controller position, reporting directly to the CFO and playing a key role in driving financial performance, cash management, and operational efficiency.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, while also partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.
